The team currently consists of industrial technicians and we are now looking to strengthen it with property technicians. We are a close-knit and friendly group that helps each other. On-call work may occur.

Your Responsibilities

As a service technician at Caverion, you will work with supervision, maintenance, installation work, and troubleshooting of general property equipment including fire alarms. This also includes simpler electrical work such as backup power runs, testing, and battery replacements. In this role, you may also lead smaller projects with installations within property and industry at our customers' sites.

Your role also includes:

• Planning your own work.
• Monitoring and reporting.
• Upselling by identifying opportunities, suggesting improvements and updates to the technical systems.
• Documentation and some administration.

Your Background

• Several years of experience in a similar role as a property technician, preferably with electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with daily customer contacts.
• Driver's license B.
• Facility manager fire alarm is desirable.

The position requires Swedish citizenship and that you are not registered in the criminal record. A security check will be conducted before employment.
